Grrr.

I have tried uploading my SNL57 contribution twice now.  Both times they appear to go through, but when I click on the SNL57 category, I get a message that I cannot view any posts.

Is there a waiting period prior to being able to see what’s available?  Since there are just 7 hours left in December, I want to be sure that I don’t lose out on this month’s contributions.

    Oh … and the GRRR is for me (what am I doing wrong?????) and not for anyone at SNL scrappers!

    If you got the message that you do not have permission to view the post, that just means that your upload has worked :) Very frustrating the first time you see that, but not to worry, I get that message every time I upload here. As soon as your upload has been approved, you will be able to see all of this month’s contribution.

    Yes, there is a wait period for your access to the current months goodies to be approved. It can take 24hrs, it all depends how busy the admin “staff” are. You can still download Decembers goodies next month though. Once your access has been granted it doesn’t go away. :)

    I’m so sorry – this is probably this most common question we get. And I don’t know how to make it any clearer in the tutorial and instructions.

    It simply takes time! Please allow 24 hours for someone to manually add you to the month’s category.

    I came by yesterday afternoon to add new contributions, I try to pop by at least once every day. Let me go add you now.

    You will be able to choose which one to keep and which posting is a duplicate to delete after you can see the category.

    If you have a suggestion how to word this clearer in the instructions, I’d love to hear it.

    Deb, thanks for the explanation. For some reason I thought that the delay was only for those people who were making their first ever contribution. And, really, honestly I was frustrated with myself for not understanding … not in any way was I frustrated with the SNL group.
